These terms govern use of goldenhourgetaways.org and communications with Golden Hour Getaways.

Inquiry, not a booking

Submitting a form or receiving an automated acknowledgment does not create a reservation, guarantee availability, lock a price, or obligate either party. A booking exists only after written confirmation and satisfaction of required payments and supplier conditions.

Availability, pricing, and traveler responsibilities

Inventory, rates, taxes, fees, inclusions, promotions, and supplier terms may change until confirmed. Travelers must provide accurate information, review confirmations, and meet passport, visa, health, entry, insurance, payment, and supplier requirements.

Payments, changes, and cancellations

Payment schedules, cancellation rules, refunds, credits, and change fees are governed by the written quote, confirmation, and supplier terms. Supplier penalties may be nonrefundable.

Third-party services

Hotels, airlines, tour operators, transportation companies, and other suppliers are independent parties. Subject to applicable law, Golden Hour Getaways is not responsible for their acts, omissions, schedule changes, interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Website use and submitted content

Use the site only for lawful travel inquiries. Do not interfere with it, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful content, or misuse intellectual property. If you expressly permit us to feature a review, you grant a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to display and adapt it; we will not publicly display your email address.

Warranty, liability, and changes

The site is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. We may update these terms, governed by applicable United States law without limiting nonwaivable rights.
